About us
Music has been a constant companion in my life from early age.
The admiration for musical instruments has led me on a path to train guitar making.
I’ve started with repairing hopeless and abandon instruments, later deciding to take on formal training.
The journey have started when I’ve joined Mike Hobbs course in guitar making in Merton College.
This experience have given me confidence to pursue the subject further.
I’ve been awarded Bsc in Musical instrument making from Metropolitan University three years later.
That’s where I’ve received my world class practical training in woodworking, hand tools set up and maintenance from Nick Blishen and Norman Myall.
This experience has ingrained me with strong ethics in craftsmanship.
Theoretical knowledge gained from studying physics and psychoacoustics with Allan Seago has provided me with better understanding of mechanical and acoustic performance of musical instruments.
To elevate the quality of my builds I’ve learned the traditional technique of applying schelac based finish better known as french polish. I’ve honed that skill on the course with world renowned guitar maker Roy Coutnall.
My aim now is to build instruments that inspire and enable players to perform effortlessly bring joy to them and their audience.
